Rounders Champions!

On Monday 25th July Mrs Cameron and Mrs Chippendale took a squad of 12 children from Years 5 and 6 to play in the annual NEHAVS rounders tournament.

The weather was perfect and everyone had a lovely afternoon includng a group of parents who had kindly given up their time to take the children and cheer them on. The time spent playing rounders in our lunchtime club paid off, the children put all they had learnt in to practice winning all their games and the tournament too! The trophy is now proudly displyed in school until next year (and beyond if we can win it again!) Congratulations to the whole team - Alex, Jacob, Arthur, Aidan, Melina, Lara, Brogyn, George, William, Tye, Samuel and India, and to Mrs Cameron!
